Meet Andrew

A smiling man with gray hair and a beard playing an acoustic guitar indoors. He is wearing a white shirt and black bracelets, standing in front of a yellow wall with decorative glass block windows and a stone column. There is a microphone in front of him.
A man with gray hair and beard smiling while a woman wearing sunglasses kisses his cheek at a trailhead sign that reads 'Boundary Trail, Boy Gap 1.1, Old Spot' in a park or natural area.
An older man with glasses and gray hair holding a young boy with a scrunched face. The boy is wearing a white T-shirt that says 'HAPPY LITTLE GUY.' The setting appears to be indoors, with a red and white wall and a window with curtains in the background.

Life is perhaps the greatest teacher any of us will ever have. How we experience it, internalize it, and ultimately make meaning from it shapes everything — including what we have to offer others. Andrew has always had a natural ability to understand people, to read a room, and to meet someone exactly where they are. Perhaps his second grade teacher said it best: "He's a people person. He'll work with people some day." She could see it then. She was right.

He has guided thousands of individuals and groups through private mentoring, personal growth seminars, and week-long workshops. What he creates in every room — whether with one person or twenty — is a space where honesty feels safe, vulnerability is powerful, curiosity is your guidepost, and real change becomes possible.

What sets Andrew apart is his authenticity, warmth, and disarming sense of humor — along with a rare ability to make the complicated feel simple and the overwhelming feel manageable. The people he works with don't just leave with new perspectives. They leave as new versions of themselves.
