No phone. No internet. No social media. No distractions. Seven days of intentional, experiential work expertly guided by Andrew with time-tested processes designed to get beneath the surface quickly. Some moments will ask more of you than you may have expected. Others will surprise you completely. Part of the experience is the mystery in which we work. Trust yourself and let go of your desire to know exactly what to expect.
You'll return home with a new way of moving through the world that wasn't available to you before. Andrew also leads four video sessions over the following year with your group to keep the work alive long after you've returned home.

Your tuition covers the full seven-day experience: every session, every meal, and all the video sessions before and after the retreat. You'll be treated to daily meals of traditional Mexican fare.
The accommodations are comfortable, simple, and intentional. Each participant is provided with their own glamping-style tent with a comfortable cot and foam mattress, bed linens, small table, solar light, rug, and chair. Bathroom facilities, including hot showers, are also provided.
Travel to and from Mulegé is not included.

Not at all. Everyone is welcome, no matter where you are in your journey. And if you do have experience with this kind of work, that's welcome too.
I've had participants who had never done any personal growth work before, and others who have spent years in communities around the world focused on meditation, centering, and inner peace. In every case, people left with real tools and a deeper sense of what's possible for their lives.

No more than 15, and that number is very much by design. The Journey Back to Center Experience asks people to do deep, personal work. For that to happen, everyone in the room needs to feel genuinely connected and safe. A small group makes that possible in a way a larger one simply cannot.

I ask that devices stay off for the full experience. Phones, tablets, computers, all of it. One of the gifts of this work is stepping away from our day-to-day stresses and distractions. Creating the space to fully immerse yourself in the Experience.

An emergency contact number is included in your welcome packet. One of my team members will monitor the number for emergencies 24/7. If something truly urgent happens, you'll know. The goal is for you to be fully present here, and that means making sure you feel safe enough to let go.

Give yourself the gift of arriving unhurried. Plan to be on site no later than 7pm the evening before the start date. You'll have time to set up, catch your breath, and wake up on the first morning already feeling at home. We finish late on the last evening, so plan to spend that final night with us and head out rested the next day.

The easiest way is to fly into Loreto (LTO), a small, easy-to-navigate airport less than two hours from Mulegé. From there you can rent a car right at the airport, or hop on a bus if you'd rather save a few dollars. The buses are comfortable and perfectly safe. Full details are included in your welcome packet once you register.

Driving down is a wonderful option if you're up for an adventure. From the US border to Mulegé is roughly 12 to 14 hours; a drive we've made many times. Plan for two days, and consider spending the night in Guerrero Negro, a perfect resting place. If you're thinking about driving down, reach out and I'll send you everything you need to know to make it a great trip.

Yes. Participants are asked to refrain from all recreational drugs and alcohol for the duration of the week. Prescription medications are welcome, though I'd encourage you to check with the Mexican consulate or your travel physician ahead of time, as some medications permitted in the US or Canada may be restricted or require documentation when entering Mexico.

Baja California Sur, where Mulegé is located, ranks as the second safest state in all of Mexico. For context, the U.S. State Department rates Baja California Sur as a "Level 2" travel advisory, the same rating it gives France and Germany. It advises travelers to be aware of their surroundings and exercise normal safety precautions in public areas. Keep in mind that this covers the entire state, including large cities like Cabo San Lucas and La Paz.
Mulegé itself is a small, close knit community where people know their neighbors and visitors are welcomed with genuine warmth. It is not a border town. It is not a tourist hotspot. It is simply a place where people live good, quiet lives, and where crime, especially violent crime, is rare.

Please let me know as early as possible and I'll do my very best to accommodate you. We have years of experience accommodating a variety of dietary needs.
Does it feel like a match?
Sometimes the path forward isn't obvious until we take an honest look at the quiet places within ourselves where old patterns run the show. Those places where we've grown comfortable in our limiting beliefs, even at the expense of our own joy. If something on this page moved you, even quietly, pay attention to that. It means something.
Real change is possible, and there's a place for you in this work.
Still Unsure? That’s Okay.
Making a decision like this can be hard. You might have questions, concerns, or an inner voice that keeps you from saying yes right now. There's nothing wrong with that. Saying yes to yourself, especially when the path forward feels uncertain, is worth sitting with.
If you’d like to reach out, I'm here. Sometimes a short conversation is all it takes to find the clarity you need, whether that leads you to join us or to wait for another time. There’s no pressure, and only you can know when the time is right.
